We booked my car in for a mot and service. I dropped my car off early in the morning before work and they took me to work and arranged to pick me up at the end of the day which was really helpful and meant I didn't have to take a days holiday. They offer this servive on a Thursday and Friday.
I've been going to mygarage for about 8 years, over this time I have had 3 different cars. i guess I have been lucky with my cars, because I have only ever used them for mot's and annual service which I have done together. Other than the odd bulb or worn wiper blade, oh and an ignition coil pack needing fitting. I have found mygarage very professional, helpful and informative, they have a clean and tidy workshop and that from my experience inspires confidence. Avoid!!! Money makers! They will find anything just to get money from you. Never gonna come back there. I will tell my friends to stay away.
Be prepared to part with your car for weeks without the garage technicians having a clue whats wrong with your car. Once they do have the slightest idea of whats wrong with it you will be asked to take it to your cars main delear as their technician or should I call them interns are incompetant to carry out any work citing endless excuses. 5 star reviews are posted by the member of staff in my opinion.
