Slow service. Plenty of staff free to help get queue down, but all ignored it. Leaving one person on till. As a current branch manager if this was my store, I would be very disappointed. I know I would improve service alot more than it is currently
Always found staff to be helpful and polite.
Slowest "fast track" argos I've been to in a while. Lots of inattentive staff catching up with gossip rather than attending to customers.
They do delivery on the same day so i can get products quickly :)
Poor customer service. No staff. They do not have the right tools to make amendments and will break the item instead.
