Very rude receptionist and dentist failed to notice cracks in my molars due to Bruxism ( teeth clenching) even after taking xrays, going private.
Worst dentist I have ever been to the one I saw just couldn't be bothered should be reported which is what I intend doing after I have seen a private dentist for a report.I had a lump on the gum after an abscess all he said best to leave it (what a joke) incompetent and rude advice is don't use this practice you won't get through on phone anyway these mydentists are all the (you are in a queue but you never get through so what use is that
The receptionist couldn't be bothered to answer the phone when I tried to call in advance of my appointment, having left the voicemail on. When I arrived and asked why my message wasn't responded to she said 'we can't respond to everyone, we're busy.' Whilst I waited she spent the entirety of the time having casual chat, uninterested in anything related to her role.
Incompetant rude more interested in money grabbing than NHS don't bother
