The man running the shop today was very rude & unhelpful. I wanted some information regarding vinyl click lock flooring. No help given whatsoever, said didn't have a price list when I asked for one & was very condescending towards me. Needless to say I won't be going back.P.S. Just found out that his job title is "Customer Happiness Specialist"

Classic carpets are excellent in this field of business. My wife and I walk in and they gave us samples to take Home and from there everything was so smooth and perfect. Kim came to measure and a date was sorted and carpets fitted throughout our apartment with total care and helpfulness. I must say Kim and all the team are polite and professional.
