This morning is the third morning in row without any hot water. Majority of the rooms are affected and staff don't seem bothered - worst Premier Inn that I have stayed in.
Hotel was fine with friendly staff. But pub next door was not good .Staff were all miserable, stone faced and uninterested in any kind of service. Food was good but almost thrown at you by the staff. One star is overrated.
Great location to Bristol city. Rooms clean and comfortable.always stay here. Good value!
Very comfortable bed, and a really nice shower, but hardly any shelves or surfaces to put your stuff in the room itself. Nice TV mounted on the wall. Too bad if you wanted a view, as there was a 12 foot wooden panel fence right outside our bedroom window and we were on the ground floor! The staff were really pleasant and friendly. The beefeater restaurant next door was through their own private entrance from the hotel, so you didn't have to go outside and get wet if it was raining to have breakfast. Would recommend.
Nice clean and lovely hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great. Good variety of foods. Caters for vegetarians as well. Can get busy especially in the morning. Hotel well positioned and within travelling distances to other attractions.
