Used lets move to sell my house. All the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. I believe it is a family owned business and this showed with my dealings with the office. Jay the sales manager communicated really well and made what could have been a stressful experience a pleasure. Thank you.
After 3 months of no viewing I went to ask for my key back. Was handed a key and he walked away. I get home and they have given me the wrong key. I find out it's for another house on my street. I go back they can't find my key anywhere. After another week I ring them up they still don't know where my house key is. They offer to pay for one to be cut. Not helpful as I'm going to have to change my locks now. How unprofessional. Would not recommended these estate agents to anyone.

Would never ever use this estate agent. Hugely unprofessional and quite frankly Lynne is rude. My company were a supplier to them. They never paid an invoice on time and continually came up with excuses why payment was late (what consistently 120 days late ??) stuff at the accountants, Lynne not in, the dog ate my cheque book, blah blah blah. When you chase them for money and put them on stop they always got funny with you. Do yourself a favour and find another Estate Agent.
