Vets for pets were very kind to me recently when i lost my lovely Cat Spot.The Vet and nurse took care of my Cat with so much compassion and dignity. The kindness showed to my Cat was also given to me as they allowed me time to say goodbye to my Cat with dignity. Thank you.
My dog required a surgical procedure to clean and remove teeth. As always, the staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. I always feel that my dog is in safe and caring hands when I take her there.I highly recommend them.
The visit could not have gone better. Was greeted by friendly receptionists and after a very short wait the veterinarian showed Frank and I through to her surgery.She was infinitely patient with Frank who was very nervous and not great at being handled, made him feel very at ease and not only carried out his vaccination but clipped his nails and gave him a general once-over without charging. She also gave me loads of advice and techniques for helping Frank overcome his dislike of being handled. Overall a really good experience made so by lovely staff.
Clean, tidy and efficient. Staff truly have pets' welfare as primary concern and, of course, their humans. A big plus is a carpark which also serves the retail park. I recommend them.Just one niggle: the website for this branch gives an opening time as 8:30. It's 9:00. The leaflet in the waiting area also reads 8:30 (hence 4 stars instead of 5).
