Avoid this surgery! Reception team are rude and it is impossible to get appointments and prescriptions . They often cut you off after being on hold. When you can get through there are no appointments to actually see a doctor anyway. I rang again 5 th time as they promised books would be on today but was told still not done and to call back again. They have also booked me in under another patients details lost letters and not auctioned prescriptions. This surgery is not fit to practice so go elsewhere. When I complained this is what they told me to do.
Receptionists are very rude - the surgery used to be lovely as a whole but it has completely changed in the last two years, every time i have called for an appointment i have spoken to a receptionist with a complete attitude problem (different receptionists each time!) very unhelpfull, blunt and speak to you like your stupid! i will be changing practice after 12 years of being there! very dissapointed! staff need more training-poor telephone mannor!
Reception staff rude & short, and no care in the world for you. Called on two occasions for a future appointment and they said there is none? Ask when they going to get new appointments, they not sure maybe Friday or Monday. They said to keep on ringing? Like we all have the time to call and wait. They will not call you once appointments are released. What a joke! The reception staff say practise manager won't discuss issues over the phone. I'll now take time out my day to write an complaint. Careless practise.
I have been with this surgery for many years. All the doctors and staff are very professional and willing to go that extra mile. Waiting time for an appointment varies depending on who you wish to see but are not unreasonable. Sadly I have recently moved, I will miss the team here and thank them for everything they have done to me. Please remember with new housing estates come new patients, please be fair and not leave a bad review because you are throwing your toys out of your pram, see the bigger picture.
Avoid this place. They break data protection laws and don't care. They Changed my address with out my knowledge and freely gave me an address of another patient no questioned asked. When you complain they just hang the phone up on you. They need to be reported
