Had a tooth removed today, have never had such perfect treatment in every way possible. From time i walked in, the staff were exceptional, hospital outstanding id say, think other hospitals need to learn from Emmersons green in every way. Thankyou to the staff.

First time here at Emerson's green treatment center. I had previously been to a local dentist who was unable to remove my molar and in fact caused me to have a great deal of anxiety about going to see another dentist.I went to Emerson green and from the start to the end they were helpful and professional. The Indian gentlemen who removed my tooth spoke excellent English as I've noticed in other posts that there seems to be a issues with staff's nationality. This gentleman and his team were excellent from the sitting in the chair to remove my tooth to the recovery process by talking me through my after care medication .I would highly recommend them as I didn't feel any way at all uncomfortable and my faith is completely restored with a dentist. If anyone needs to go to the dentist this is the place you need. Excellent service from start to finish .

Went to see an ENT Doctor today i didn't catch his name. But he was brilliant, He checked me over, took his time to explain everything to me. Excellent serviceThank You! :)

New and sleek building with somewhat surly reception staff. No system in place to keep anybody informed of delays (which was 2 hours in my case). Come on, Emerson. We all know that well often need to wait - just keep us informed, for pitys sake! Worrying about the effect on arrangements for getting back home is not a good prelude for people facing a medical procedure as it needlessly increases anxiety levels. Id suggest you take a hard look at your reception staff and information systems. It wont be difficult to improve!

Great care and service if you get to the point of having a procedure and being an inpatient. Appalling aftercare service and advice though. Lovely facilities; but what's the point in that though when they wash their hands of you as soon as you've left the building and you get home and you experience problems? All you get from them if you make contact once discharged is unhelpful advice and no sign of them referring on to Community Services that might actually be able to help once you are home if you do experience problems. Better to wait for an op longer in District General Hospital with decent after care if needed than opt for treatment at Emersons in my opinion.
