Arrived at reception and ignored for 2 to 3 min then all smiles and off to table.On sitting down you needed a torch to see menu in fact a searchlight would of been more appropriate.Food ok but but 6 out of 10 would be generous.Will need so.e convincing to return.Waitress great smile
Great food and good service but expensive. We only went as we had a voucher for half price main meals for up to 6 adults. It is worth joining their loyalty scheme for this.
On a snowy night in February the welcome was warm and the place had a decent ambience. A very good menu albeit with no Argentinian stake (although the porterhouse was a decent alternative). Excellent food across the board. The service was exemplary (thanks Jack). All in all a very nice place to go, good food, nicely priced and a good atmosphere. If your in the area then I would highly recommend.
Went for Xmas day. Staff were great. My son has a wheat allergy and they made specifically asked what he wanted and got a dessert in especially for him
Gone DOWNHILL, prices are high, not very clean, all the cutlery was dirty, the glasses were dirty, even the plates had grease marks on.It would be cheaper to go to Miller & Carter.LEE WAS EXCELLENT, he has excellent customer service skills, and does his best.I will NOT be returning, nor will I recommend.It needs a deep clean, and needs to reduce prices
